Musician, poet and English composer of great charisma and temperament, member and founder of "The Beatles". John Lennon was born when the Second World War began (1939-1945), Liverpool, UK. His father abandoned him to avoid being drafted into the British army, marching to the U.S. and leaving the care of his mother, Julia Stanley. When he was five, his mother remarried to another man who was responsible for John Lennon, leaving the care of his sister. Julia Stanley regularly visited his son, instilling a love of art and music. In 1956, when John Lennon was sixteen, a drunken cop runs over and kills his mother, causing a trauma that would accompany him throughout life.
